Scottsburg is a small community and part of Scott County with population approx. 23,000 people.
God provided a beautiful day for the march. Around 150 from different faiths, came together as one to exalt the Lord of Lord and King of Kings.
During the prayer rally, after the march, there were two that accepted the Lord as their Saviour.
One lady gave a testimony stating this was her fifth year to walk in the march. She said that she had asthma, she had to use a inhaler to get through the march the first four years. This year before the march she could not find her inhaler and said, "I'm going to march anyway." She finished the march, was not even out of breath and was praising God for healing her.
One man had been having back and hip problems, he had been going to a chiropractor. He wasn't planning on marching but as the march started he decided to go. At first he was having trouble keeping up with everyone, his wife was there and encouraging him to walk, he told her he was hurting and trying to keep up. She began to pray for his healing, he finished the march and was not in any pain and thanking God for his healing.
People brought non-perishable can goods for the Scott County Community Clearinghouse food bank.
